chapter 704, of the Acts of the General Assembly of
Maryland of the session of 1892, entitled an Act to pro-
vide for the assessment and collection of a tax upon dis-
tilled spirits and to re-enact said section 3 so as to read
as follows, and also to add an additional section to said
chapter 704, tu be known as 'Section 12. ' "
