Wicomico County, ' sub-title 'Liquors and Intoxicating
Drinks, ' and to repeal sections 61, 69 and 74, of said
Article, as amended by chapter 667, of the General As-
sembly of Maryland, 1892. "

Endorsed "Read the third time and passed by yeas
and nays. "

Also,

House bill entitled "An Act to amend Article 4, of the
Code of Public Local Laws, title 'City of Baltimore, ' sub-
title 'Sabbath' by adding thereto certain new sections to
follow immediately after sections 807, and to be num-
bered 807 A, 807 B and 807 C. "

Endorsed: "Reported unfavorably by Committee on
Judicial Proceedings and report adopted. "

Also,

House bill entitled "An Act to add two additional sec-
tions to Article 93 of the Code of Public General Laws,
entitled 'Testamentary Law, ' to provide for payment of
decedent's wages without, administration and be arranged
under the head 'Administration' in said article. "

Endorsed: "Read the third time and passed by yeas and
nays as amended. "

Mr. Robinson moved that the House non-concurred in
the amendments,

Which motion prevailed.

Mr. Robinson submitted the following message:
BY THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES,

March 31st, 1900.
Gentlemen of the Senate:

We have received from your Honorable Body, House
bill (printed) No. 162. relating to the payment of
decedent's wages without administration, with proposed
amendment.

We have non-concurred in said amendment, and re-
spectfully ask your Honorable Body to recede from the
same.

We herewith return said bill, and have appointed A.
