House bill entitled "An Act to appropriate the sum of
$50, 000 to the hospital for consumptives of Maryland of
Baltimore city, a body corporate, incorporated under the
General Incorporation Laws of Maryland to aid in the
better establishing, enlarging and equipping its hospital
and enabling it to enlarge its sphere of usefulness and
benevolence. "

Mr. Staley, from Committee on Education, reported
unfavorably,

Senate bill entitled "An Act supplementary to an Act
for founding a college in Frederick, passed at a session
of the General Assembly of Maryland 1829, chapter 183,
authorizing the establishment by the board of visitors of
said college of a department of pedagogy. "
