AMENDMENT PROPOSED.
Section 43, in line 12 of engrossed bill to strike out all
after the word "ground" to the words "the collector, " on
line 21, and insert in lieu thereof the following:
"And to properly describe said property, the city sur-
veyor shall actually survey and furnish to the city col-
lector a description and plat of each lot so in arrear, and
the sum to be paid for each survey, including the descrip-
tion and plat shall be three dollars and fifty cents; said
