House bill entitled "An Act to repeal and re-enact with
amendments section 8. of chapter 419, of the Acts of
1898, entitled 'An Act to incorporate the National Park
Sandy Spring and Hyattsville Railroad Company. "

311 D, 311 F and 311 G, of Article 11, of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland, title 'Frederick County, '
sub-title 'Liquor and Intoxicating Drinks, ' as enacted by
the General Assembly of Maryland by chapter 201 of
the Acts passed at the January Session in the year 1892,
and to re-enact said sections with amendments. "
