Said bill was then sent to the Senate.

Mr. Stewart moved that the vote by which the unfav-
orable report on
Senate bill No. 132,
Was adopted, be reconsidered.
Which motion prevailed.

Mr. Stewart submitted the following message to the
Senate:

BY THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES,

March 30, 1900.
Gentlemen of the Senate:

We respectfully request the return of Senate bill No.
132 (printed), introduced by Senator Williams, of Harford.

Which was read, assented to and sent to the Senate.

House bill entitled "An Act to provide additional
revenue for the State of Maryland, by imposing a license
fee upon the officers, agents, representatives, servants or
employees of foreign breweries doing business in this
