78 A, 78 B, 78 C, 78 D, 78 E, 78 F and 78 G. ' "

Mr. Latrobe moved that the bill be referred back to
the House and consideration indefinitely postponed.

Which was adopted.

On motion of Mr. Stewart

The Committee then arose.

The Speaker resumed the Chair.

Mr. Robinson, as Chairman of the Committee of the
Whole House, reported said bill with motion to indefi-
nitely postpone.

Which report was adopted.

The Secretary of the Senate appeared and delivered
the following message:

Senate bill entitled ''An Act to repeal and re-enact with
amendments section 11 of Article 32 of the Public Gen-
eral Laws of Maryland, title 'Dentistry, ' and to re-enact
the same with amendments. "

Which was read a first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on Hygiene.

House bill entitled "An Act to amend the charter of
and to grant certain additional powers and privileges to
the Hagerstown and Frederick Railway Company, a cor-
poration duly incorporated under and in accordance with
the provisions of Article 23 of the Code of Public Gen-
eral Laws of Maryland, so as to confer upon said railway
company the right and power to use electricity as a
motive power instead of steam; to charge such compen-
sation for hauling passengers, parcels, packages and
freight as the Board of Directors may from time to time
determine, and to borrow money, issue bonds and secure
the payment of the same. ''

Was read a third time and passed by yeas and nays as
follows:
