city, to define and prescribe the duties thereof, and
to regulate appointments to, promotions, reductions
in rank and transfers in and removals from the
police force of said city, and to repeal all Acts, and parts
of Acts inconsistent with this Act, said provisions to be a
part of Article 4, Public Local Laws, sub-title "Police
Commissioners, ' and to be numbered -Sections 745 A,
745 B, 745 C, 745 D, 745 E and 745 F. '"

In lines 11, 12 and 13 of said bill, strike out the words
"one of said Board of Police Commissioners shall be ap-
pointed for two years, one for four years and one for six
years, " and insert in lieu thereof the words "each of said
Board of Police Examiners shall be appointed for two
years. "

In line 21 of said bill, strike out the words "six years, "
and insert in lieu thereof the words "two years. "
