Senate bill entitled "An Act to ratify and confirm the
ordinance of the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore,
number 32, approved February 8th, 1900, supplementary
to, and in amendment of, Ordinance No. 18, approved
March 9th, 1898. "

Which was read a first time and referred to the Balti-
more city delegation. "

Also,

Senate bill entitled "An Act to appropriate a sum of
money to pay the Treasurer of the State Board of Edu-
cation to amount of sundry bills paid by him for repairs
to the State Normal School building. "

Which was read a first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on Ways and Means.

House bill entitled "An Act to create a treasurer for
Somerset county, and to provide for the collection of
taxes therein. "

Mr. Dryden moved to postpone consideration of the
bill.

Mr. Wolfinger moved to lay the matter on the table.
