of the General Assembly of Maryland, 1894, being an
Act to authorize the Great Falls Power Company to erect
dams, hold real estate, and to erect and maintain lines for
the transmission of electricity in Montgomery and Prince
George counties, in the State of Maryland, and to add an
additional section thereto, to be called 'Section 3 A; ' grant
certain additional powers, rights and privileges unto the
said Great Falls Power Company. "
