Senate bill entitled "An Act to add certain new sec-
tions to Article 40 of the Code of Public General Laws,
title 'General Assembly, ' under the new sub-title 'Em-
ployment of Legislative Counsel and Agents and Return
of Legislative Expenses, ' to follow section 3, to be known
as 'Sections 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14. "

Mr. Lehmayer, from Committee on Judiciary, reported
favorably,

House bill entitled ''An Act providing for the erection
and operation of a rock crushing plant by and under the
supervision of the board of directors and the officers of
the Maryland House of Correction, and providing for the
sale of the crushed stone product to the counties and
other municipalities of the State. "

ably,

Senate bill entitled "An Act to refund to Charles J.
Mattox, county surveyor of Montgomery county, a sum
of money erroneously paid by him into the State Treas-
ury, as taxes on his official commission. "
