Leave was granted to the Talbot county delegation to
introduce a bill entitled "An Act to repeal and re-enact,
with amendments, section 1, of Article 17, of the Code
of Public General Laws, title 'Clerks of Courts, ' and to
re-enact the same with amendments, so far as the same
applies to Talbot county. "
On motion of Mr. Smith,
Leave was granted to the Queen Anne delegation to
introduce a bill entitled "An Act to incorporate the town
of Crumpton, in Queen Anne's county. "
On motion of Mr. Duncan,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Amendments
to the Constitution, to introduce a bill entitled "An Act
to amend section 6, of Article 15, of the Constitution of
the State. "
On motion of Mr. Bramble,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Judiciary, to
introduce a bill entitled "An Act to give and grant the
sanction and consent of the General Assembly of Mary-
land, to the devise and bequest of Catherine Dill, late of
Baltimore city, deceased, to the Board of Foreign Mis-
sions of the Presbyterian Church in the United States of
America, a body corporate. "
