Article 4, of the Code of Local Laws, title 'Baltimore
City, ' sub-title 'Charter, ' relating to the collection of
taxes. "

the appointment of a stenographer clerk to the Grand
Jury and denning his duties, obligations and pay. "

Article 17 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title 'Prince
