In second line of title, strike out all of the title after
the word "numbered" and insert the following in lieu
hereof, 140, 141, 142, 143, 144, 145, 150, 151, 152, 155,
156, 157, 158, 159, 163 and 175 of Article 13 of the
Public Local Laws of Maryland, title 'Harford
County, ' sub-title 'Havre de Grace. ' (said sections 142,
143, 145, 150, 152, 155, 156, 157, 158 and 159
having been heretofore repealed and re-enacted by
the Act of 1890, chapter 180), and to repeal sections
176 and 177 of said Article and sub-title, and to add
new sections thereto, to be known as '141 A, 150 A,
150 B, 150 C, 150 D, 152 A, 155 A, 155 B, 156 A, 157 B,
157 C, 158 A, 158 B and 159 A, and to authorize the Mayor
and City Council of Havre de Grace to issue bonds to
an amount not exceeding twenty thousand dollars
($20, 000), to raise money to extinguish the floating debt
of said city, and to provide for the submission of the
amendments, made by thia Act to the charter of said city,
to a vote of the people before the same shall become oper-
ative, and for other purposes set forth in said amended
and new sections.

14. Amendment to enacting clause.

Strike out all after the word "numbered, " in second
line of enacting clause and insert in lieu thereof the fol-
lowing:

" 140, 141, 142, 143, 144, 145, 150, 151, 152, 155, 156, 157,
158, 159, 163 and 175 of Article 13 of the Public Local Laws
of Maryland, title 'Harford County, " sub-title 'Havre de
Grace, ' (said sections 142, 143, 145, 150, 152, 155, 156. 157,
158 and 159 having been heretofore repealed and re-en-
acted by the Act of 181)0, chapter 180, be and the same
are hereby repealed and re-enacted with amendments,
and that sections 176 and 177, of said Article and sub-
title, be and the same are hereby repealed, and that new
sections be and the same are hereby added to said Arti-
cle, to be known as 'Sections 141 A, 150 A, 150 B, 150 C,
150 D, 152 A, 155 A, 155 B, 157 A, 157 B, 157 G, 158 A,
158 B and 159, said amended and new sections to stand
in the following order and to road as follows. "
