same with amendments, and to follow sections 175 and
176, of said sub-title, and to add new sections to such
sub-title, to be numbered '150 A, 150 B, 150 C, 150 D,
152 A, 155 A, 155 B, 156 A, 157 A, 157 B, 157 C, 158 A,
158 B and 159 A, ' and to authorize and empower the
Mayor and City Council of Havre-de-Grace to issue bonds
to the amount of $20, 000 to raise money to extinguish
the floating debt of said city and for other purposes, as
set forth in said amendment. "

3. In Code section 145, line 15 of engrossed bill, after
the word "offices, " insert the words "after due notice in
writing, and opportunity to be heard. "

4. In Code section 150, line 7, strike out the words
"for misconduct in office, '' and insert in lieu thereof the
words "as authorized by law, " and in line 17 of said sec-
tion, after the word "premium" insert the words "if
any. "
