Leave was granted to the Committee on Hygiene, to
introduce a bill entitled "An Act to regulate the man-
ufacture and sale of lager beer, and to establish a stand-
ard of quality under which lager beer shall be manufac-
tured and sold.

House bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 696 of
Article 4 of the Public Local Laws of the Maryland Code,
entitled 'City of Baltimore, ' sub-title 'Mortgages. ' "
Which was read a second time and ordered to be en-
grossed for a third reading.
House bill entitled "An Act to add an additional sec-
tion to Article 45 of the Code of Public General Laws,
title 'Husband and Wife, ' as repealed and re-enacted by
chapter 457 of the Acts of 1898, such additional section
to follow section 19, and to be known as 'Section 19 A'"
