House bill entitled "An Act to provide for the pay-
ment of jurors, witnesses, bailiffs, messengers and criers
for the Circuit Court for Calvert county, and to authorize
and direct the County Commissioners of Calvert
county to borrow money for that purpose, to issue
bonds for the payment of the same, and to levy
taxes on the assessable property in. said county to redeem
said bonds and to pay the interest thereon. "
