license for the sale of spirituous or fermented liquors or
lager beer in the village of New Market (Maryland Line
P. O. ), in the 1st Precinct of the 7th Election District in
Baltimore county, Md., or at any place within said Balti-
more county within a radius of one mile of the Metho-
dist Protestant Church in said village of New Market. "

Endorsed: "Read the third time and passed by yeas
and nays. "

Also delivered,

Senate bill entitled "An Act to enable the Enoch Pratt
Library of Baltimore city to receive gifts, bequests, de-
vises and conveyances of real or personal property for
the use of said library. "

Which was read a first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on Judiciary.

Also,

Senate bill entitled "An Act to add three new sections
to Article 12, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
'Garrett County, ' sub-title 'Jurors, ' providing for the
selection and drawing of jurors in said county, said sec-
tions to follow section 127, and to be designated as sec-
tions 127 A and 127 B and 127 C. "

rett county delegation and Mr. Walsh.

and to amend the charter of the Smith, Rouse and Web-
ster Company of Harford county. "

Senate bill entitled "An Act to amend the charter,
change the name of and grant additional powers to the
Society for Educating Poor and Orphan Hebrew Children,
a corporation incorporated under the General Laws of
Maryland, as they existed on the 12th day of September,
1860. "
