General Assembly of Maryland, passed at the Session of
1884, chapter 494, and also to redeem $123, 700 of bonds,
bearing interest at 4 per cent, per annum issued by said
county commissioners under the Act of the General As-
sembly of Maryland, passed at the Session of 1886, chap-
ter 239, both of which issues of bonds are now redeem-
able and may be paid by said county commissioners, and
to authorize and empower the said county commissioners
to levy and collect the necessary taxes for the payment
of the bonds hereby authorized to be issued and the in-
terest thereon. "

gomery Title Insurance and Trust Company. "

Senate bill entitled "An Act to give the consent of the
State to the purchase of a lot or lots of ground in Elli-
cott city, Howard county, Maryland, by the United States
of America, for the purpose of erecting thereon a public
building and to cede to the United States of America,
jurisdiction over the same. ".

City of Baltimore, ' as repealed and re-enacted by chap-

sub-title 'Police Commissioners, ' sub-title 'Special Funds, '
to follow section 776, and to be known as 'Sections 776
