Act to repeal chapter 448 of the Acts of the General As-

and forfeitures imposed by the Circuit Courts for Balti-
more county and by Justices of the Peace thereof, to the
Treasurer of the Board of County Commissioners of Bal-
timore county, for the use of the public schools of said
county, and to re-enact the same with amendments. "
