the word "added" and insert the words "are hereby ad-
ded to chapter 334, of the Acts of 1890, entitled 'An Act
to regulate the sale and the granting of license for the
sale of spirituous and fermented liquors in Baltimore
county. "

Strike out sections 4, 6 and 16.

In line 6 of section 21 A, after the word "of, " said
word being the second word in said line, strike out the
words "qualified voters" and insert in lieu thereof "10
reputable taxpayers. "

new sections thereto, and be designated '115 A, 115 B,
and 123 A, 123 B and 123 C. "

Attorney of Frederick county, upon order of the Circuit
Court 'for Frederick county, to file a criminal informa-
