Senate bill entitled "An Act to repeal and re-enact,
with amendments, sections 740 and 741, of Article 4, of
the Code of Public Local Laws, title 'City of Baltimore, '
sub-title 'Police Commissioners, ' as said sections were
enacted by chapter 123, of the Acts of 1898. "

Which was read a first time, and referred to the Com-
mittee on Judiciary.

Also,

Senate bill entitled "An Act to repeal sections 91, of
Article 25, title 'County Commissioners, ' sub-title 'Public
Roads, ' of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland,
so far as the same applies to Wicomico county. "

Which was read a first time, and referred to the Wi-
comico county delegation.

Also,

Senate bill entitled "An Act to add certain new sections
to Article 4, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title 'City
of Baltimore, sub-title 'Police Commissioners, ' providing
for the creation of a Board of Police Examiners for the
City of Baltimore, defining and prescribing the duties
thereof, and regulating appointments promotions, reduc-
tions in rank, transfers in and removal from the police
force of said city, said sections to follow section 745,
and to be designated as 'Sections 745 A, 745 B, 745 G,
745 D, 745 E and 745 F. '"

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Committee on Judiciary.
