General Laws, entitled "Crimes and Punishments, ' sub-
title 'Mineral Water, Porter and Other Beverages, ' as re-
pealed and re-enacted, with amendments, by chapter 262,
of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland of 1892,
and to add to said title and sub-title three new sections,
one to immediately follow section 206, and to be known
respectively as 'Section 206 A, 206 B and 206 C. ' "

ties were improperly assessed, being paid before Janu-
ary 1st, 1877. "
