House bill entitled "An Act to add two additional sec-
tions to Article 27, of the Code of Public General Laws,
entitled 'Crimes and Punishments, ' to provide when
wages are to be paid and to be arranged under the new
sub-title 'Payment of Wages, ' and to come in after sec-
tion 149, of said Article, and to be known as 'Section 149
A and 149 B. ' "

Was considered on second reading, and made the
Special Order for Monday night, at 8. 30 P. M.

House bill entitled "An Act to declare the sanction and
consent of the General Assembly of Maryland, to the
sale and grant and deed of Emily M. Jenkins and Charles
Taylor Jenkins, her husband, to the vestry of the Church
of St. Michaels and All Angels, a religious corporation
to and for the use and benefit of said corporation as
hereinafter named. "

Which was read a second time and ordered to be en-
grossed for a third reading.

House bill entitled "An Act to allow the Mayor and

City Council to appeal to the Comptroller of the State
Treasury and State Treasurer from decisions of the Tax
Commissioners. "

Which was read a second time. and ordered to be en-
grossed for a third reading.

House bill entitled "An Act to amend Article 11, of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title 'Frederick

County, ' sub-title 'Wolves and Foxes, ' by adding three
additional sections thereto, to follow section 460 of said
Article, and to be designated as 'Sections 460 A, 460 B and
460 C. "

Which was read a second time and ordered to -be en-
grossed for a third reading.

House bill entitled. "An Act directing the Appeal Tax
Court of Baltimore city, not to issue any permit for the
erection of new buildings in said city, until ail taxes due
are paid on the land upon which buildings are to be
erected. "

Which was read a second time and ordered to be en-
grossed for a third reading.

House bill entitled "An Act to extend the corporate
limits of the city of Cumberland, Md.
