Keen Memorial Methodist Protestant Church of Balti-
more city, of a certain lot of ground in Baltimore city,
and to the holding of said lot by the said 'The Keen Me-
morial Methodist Protestant Church of Baltimore city, in
fee-simple, with full power to dispose of the same. "
