to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to provide for the
issue of five hundred thousand dollars Maryland State
bonds for the purpose of erecting a new State building in
in the city of Annapolis, and for the improvement of
other State institutions, said bonds to be issued at a
rate not higher than three and one-half per centum in-
terest per annum, and to provide a sinking fund for the
payment of said bonds. "
On motion of Mr. Anderson, of Worcester,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Judiciary to
introduce a bill entitled "An Act to sanction a transfer
of a bequest in the last will and testament of ————
———— late of Worcester county, deceased, by the trus-
tees or committee of the Makinnie Memorial Church of
Worcester county, to the trustees or committee of the
Gemby Presbyterian Church, of Worcester county, and
to make valid said bequest. "
On motion of Mr. Pattison,
Leave was granted to the Dorchester county delega-
tion to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to add a new
section to Article 10 of the Code of Public Local Laws,
title 'Dorchester County, ' sub-title 'Fish, ' to follow sec-
tion 185 B, as enacted by chapter 80, of the Acts of 1892,
and to 'be designated as 'Section 185 C. ' "
Also,
Leave was granted to the Dorchester county delega-
tion to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to authorize and
empower Harvey H. Conway to construct in front of his
property in the town of Cambridge, Dorchester county,
a wharf or shell walk extending out into the Great Chop-
tank river. "
