town Fidelity, Trust and Deposit Company. "

AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.
By Committee on Corporations:
Strike, out the word "Fidelity" wherever it occurs.

At the end of section i insert the following: "The
home office and place of business of said corporation shall
be at all times at and within the city of Hagerstown,
Washington county, at which place its business shall at
all times be transacted. "

Strike out the whole of section 15 and substitute the
following:

"Section 15. And be it further enacted, That this cor-
poration shall be subject at all times to the provisions of
chapter 109 and 279 of the Acts of 1892, and any amend-
ments thereof. "

tain fences shall be required by law in said Election
