16 and 112, of the Code of Public General Laws, title
'Elections, ' Article 33, as the same were amended and re-
enacted by the Acts of 1896, chapter 202, and to re-enact
the said sections 15, 16 and 112 with amendments, and to
add a new section to said Article under the sub title 'In-
termediate Registration. ' to be known as 'Section 30 A,
to come in immediately after section 30, and to add fifteen
new sections to the said Article, the said new sections to
. be added to constitute a new sab-title of said Article,
which sub title shall be known as 'Primary Elections, '
and which sub-title and its constituent sections shall fol-
low after section 151 of said Article, and be known as
'Sections 152, 153, 154, 155, 156, 157, 158, 159, 160, 161,
162, 163, 164, 165, 166 and 167, respectively.

"Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That sections 274 to 278, both inclusive, of the
Code of Public Local Laws, Article 4, title 'City of Balti
more, ' sub-title 'Primary Elections, ' as the same were
amended and re-enacted by the Act of 1892, chapter 238,
and the sections of the Code of Public Local Laws, Art-
icle 3, title 'Baltimore County, ' sub-title 'Primary Elec-
tions, ' added to the said Article 3 of the Code of Public
Local Laws by chapter 261 of the Acts of 1892 and chap-
ter 548 of the Acts of 1892, and sections 402 to 425, in-
clusive, of Article 4 of the Code of Public Laws of Mary-
land, entitled 'City of Baltimore, ' sub-title 'Primary
Elections, ' as repealed, amended and re-enacted by the
Acts of 1898, chapter 123, be and the same is hereby re-
pealed.

"Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That sections 15, 16 and
112, of Article 33, of the Code of Public General Laws,
as the same were amended and re-enacted by the Act of
1896, chapter 202, be and the same hereby are repealed and
re-enacted with amendments so as to read as follows:

"15. And be it enacted, That Supervisors of Elections
shall furnish to each Board of Registry for the purpose
of such registration, two registry books, which it shall
be the duty of said officers of registration to protect and
keep safe. And the said supervisors shall designate two
of said officers appointed from different political parties,
each of whom shall be charged with the custody of said
