county, for the purpose of refunding taxes erroneously
paid in tax levies for the years 1897 and 1898, to pay the
indebtedness of the Mayor and Council of Salisbury, in-
curred by reason of the inability to collect the illegal
levies of the said years 1896 and 1897, and to be desig-
nated as 'Section 158 A, ' of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Maryland, title 'Wicomico County, ' sub-title 'Salis-
bury, ' and to follow section 158 of Article 23. "
