sections to Article 4, of the Public Local Laws, entitled
City of Baltimore, ' sub-title 'Miscellaneous Law, ' as the
same was enacted by chapter 123, of the Acts of 1898, to
follow section 604, and to be designated as 'Sections
604 A, 604 B, 604 C and 604 D, ' respectively, providing
for a clerk to the Grand Juries of said city, defining his
duties and imposing a penalty for the violation thereof. "
