Senate bill entitled "An Act to declare the sanction of
the General Assembly of Maryland to the several deeds
made by Samuel Appold and wife, Gabriel D. Clark and
wife and Wm. Kammerer, to the Trustees of St. Mary's
English Evangelical Lutheran Church of Baltimore, a
corporation duly incorporated under the laws of the
State of Maryland, and also to the acquisition hereafter
by the said grantor of the fee simple title to any lot
of ground mentioned in said deeds in which it has there-
by acquired less than a fee simple, and to the selling,
mortgaging, leasing or other disposition thereof. "

Was read a third time and passed by yeas and nay
as follows:

the American Bonding and Trust Company of Baltimore
city, and to repeal and re-enact with amendments, sec-
tion 3 of chapter 252 of the Acts of 1894, incorporating
said company under the name of the American Banking
and Trust Company of Baltimore city, and to repeal and
re-enact with amendments, sub-section 2, of section 1 of
