House bill entitled "An Act to enlarge the corporate
limits of the city of Cumberland in Allegany county, and
to provide for the re-location of Fayette street from
Brooke avenue, in Bead's addition to said city, and the
extension of said Fayette street, commonly known as
'Sulpher Spring Hollow Road, ' to its intersection with
the Old National Pike or Green street extended, in said
city, and to provide for the grading, paving or macade-
mizing, sewering, and otherwise improving said Fayette
street and the extension of the same commonly known
as 'Sulpher Spring Hollow Road, ' within the proposed
extended corporate limits and to provide for the pay-
ment of the costs of said improvement. "
