Mr. Collins, from Committee on Claims, reported fav-
orably,

House bill entitled "An Act to pay James J. Collins,
Joseph Bradley, Martin Walsh, James Edwards, Albert
Hodges and Arnold Thelbegenk, seamen, employed on
the schooner "M. M. Davis, " the sum of two hundred and
seventy dollars, indemnity to them for the loss of money
and other personal property aboard said schooner which
was sunk by collision with the State Steamer, Robert M.
McLane. "

Which was read a first time.

Mr. Knott, from Committee on Corporations, reported
favorably, with proposed amendments,

House bill entitled "An Act to incorporate the Hagers-
town Fidelity, Trust and Deposit Company. "
AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.

Strike out the word "fidelity" wherever it occurs at
the end of section 1, and insert the following: "The
home office and place of business of said corporation shall
be, at all times, at and within the city of Hagerstown, in
Washington county, at which place its business shall at
all times be transacted. "

Strike out the whole of section 15 and substitute the
following:

"Sec. 15. And be it further enacted, That this corpo-
ration shall be subject at all times to the provisions of
chapters 109 and 297 of the Acts of 1892, and any amend-
ments thereof. "

Also, favorably,

House bill entitled "An Act to incorporate the Dor-
chester Electric Light and Power Company. "

Which was read a first time.
Also, favorably, with proposed amendment,
Senate bill entitled "An Act to incorporate the Inter-
State Trust and Guaranty Company. "
