amendments section 46 B of Article 1, of the Code of
Public Local Laws, title 'Allegany County, ' sub-title
'Cumberland, ' as said section was re-enacted by chapter
324, of the Acts of 1898. '"

and 21, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title respec-

strike out the word "thousand" and insert in lieu thereof
