City Council to appeal to the Comptroller of the State
Treasury and State Treasurer from decisions of the Tax
Commissioner. "

the Acts of 1898, chapter 123, entitled 'City of Baltimore
Charter, ' and to re-enact said section 448 under the head
of 'Fire Department, ' with amendments, so as to read as

Court of Baltimore city, not to issue any permit for the
erection of new buildings in said city until all taxes due

to Article 4, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title 'City

'Police Commissioners, ' sub-title 'Special Fund, ' to follow
