the same with amendments as follows: "

Which was read a first time and referred to the Alle-
gany county delegation.

Also,

Senate bill entitled "An Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments, section 745, of Article 4, of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title 'City of Balti-
more, ' sub-title Police Commissioners, ' as said section
was enacted by chapter 123, of the Acts of 189. "

Which was read a first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on Judiciary.

Also,

Senate bill entitled "An Act to repeal chapter 110, of
the Acts of 1860, being an Act to incorporate the presi-
dent and directors of the Dover Bridge Company. "

Which was read a first time and referred to the Talbot
county delegation.

Also,

Senate bill entitled "An Act to amend the charter and
extend the powers of the Frederick County Telephone
and Telegraph Company, a corporation formed under
Article 23, of the Code of Public General Laws of Mary-
land, entitled 'Corporations, ' the said charter being re-
corded in one of the Records of Corporation of Freder-
ick county, in Liber No. 2, Folio 401, by adding two Art-
icles to said charter. "

Which was read a first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on Corporations.

Also,

Senate bill entitled "An Act to repeal sections 1, 2 and 3
of chapter 458, of the Acts of 1894, entitled 'An Act to au-
thorize the County Commissioners of Caroline and Tal-
bot counties to appropriate sums of money for the pur-
pose of maintaining and keeping in safe repair and con-
dition for public travel, Dover Bridge and causeways
leading thereto, connecting Talbot and Caroline counties,
and to re-enact the same with amendments. "

Which was read a first time and referred to the Car-
oline and Talbot county delegations.
