263, of the Acts of 1898, entitled 'An Act to incorporate
the Mortgage and Trust Company to that of the Stan-
dard Trust Company, ' and to repeal and re-enact with
amendments section 13. of said chapter, subjecting said
company to certain provisions and authorizing it to unite
with other like companies. '"
