"Section 206 C. The provisions of this Act shall not
apply to any person who has taken, given, received or is
using said kegs, boxes, trays, carriers, crates, founts,
bottles, syphons, jugs, tins, barrels, casks or any other
vessels, for the consumption of the mineral, soda or
aerated waters, wine, beer, porter, ale, cider, ginger ale,
small been, lager beer, weiss beer or other beverages,
placed therein by the owners, or who, after consumption
of said contents, is in possession of the same while await-
ing the return to the owners. Nor shall the provisions
of this Act apply to any garbage man collecting the same
in the regular course of his business. "

House bill entitled "An Act to declare the sanction and
consent of the General Assembly of Maryland to sundry
gifts, bequests and devises contained in the last will and
testament of certain persons, deceased, and also to cer-
tain gifts, grants, sales, leases and deeds made by various
persons to and for the use and benefit of sundry minis-
terial persons, religious corporations, denominations or
sects, and to certain charitable institutions hereinafter
named. "

words "the" and "will" insert the word "last" and be-
tween the words "will" and "of" insert the words "and
testament. "

In line 154 of section 1 of printed bill, between the

and after the word "Hagerstown, " add the word "Mary-
land. "

In line 251 of section 1 of printed bill, after the word
"Hagerstown, " add the word "Maryland. "

In line 261 of section 1 of printed bill, between the
