AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.
By Mr. Mitchell,

At the end of section 3 of printed bill, add the follow-
ing words:

"And this charter is hereby made subject to the pro-
visions of the Act of 1898, chapter 123, commonly called
the 'New City Charter of Baltimore city. ' "

In section 2 in line 2 of engrossed bill strike out "one"
and insert "two, " and

In line 3 of same section strike out "five" and insert
"ten. "

In lines 3 and 4, of section 3, of printed bill, strike out
the words "to and from such points as the directors of
said company may determine, " and insert in lien thereof
the following words "from some point at or near Bel Air
in Harford county, and thence to some point on the Sus-
quehanna river or on the Pennsylvania State line as the
directors of said company may determine. "
