And be it enacted, That said commission before pur-
chasing the site and contracting for the building of said
school house, may set aside and reserve out of said $20, 000
whatever sum they may deem necessary for the equip-
ment of said, school house, including the cost of heating
and lighting the same.
Amend by adding sections 9 and 10.
Sec. 9. And be it enacted, That the Acts of 1896, chap-
ter 193, be and the same is hereby repealed.
Sec. 10. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.
