Senate bill No. 171, entitled "An Act to amend section
9 of Article 5 of the Constitution of this State, and to
provide for the submission of said amendment to the
qualified voters of this State for adoption or rejection. "

Which was read a first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on Constitutional Amendments.

Also,

Senate bill No. 111, entitled "An Act to authorize the
appointment of an agent or agents to prosecute the claims
of the State of Maryland against the government of the
United States and to provide the method of his compen-
sation. "

Which was read a first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on Ways and Means.

Also,

Senate bill entitled "An Act to repeal sections 252 and
353, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title 'City of Bal-
timore, ' sub-title 'Courts, ' sub-division 'Orphans' Court, '
as repealed and re-enacted by chapter 123, of the Acts of
1898, and to re-enact the said sections with amend-
ments. "
