$1573. 75, out of the public school fund, to reimburse
Garrett county for an installment of the State school tax

county the installment known as the 'March Installment'
of the State school tax for the year 1900, said install-
ment being the apportionment made to said Garrett
county on the 15th day of March in each year. "
