    No. 80.  A Supplement to an act, entitled, An act for the relief of sundry insolvent debtors.
    No. 81.  An ACT for the relief of James Colquhoun.
    No. 82.  An ACT prescribing the form of the bond to be hereafter given by the clerks of the several counties of this state.
    No. 83.  A Supplemental act to the act to streighten and amend the post-road from Havre-de-Grace to Baltimore-town.
    No. 84.  A Further supplement to an act for building a new gaol in Baltimore county.

    No. 85.  An additional supplement to the act, entitled, An act for the establishment and regulation of the levy courts in the
several counties of this state.
    No. 86.  An additional supplement to an act, entitled, An act for the relief of sundry insolvent debtors.

    No. 87.  An ACT to revive and continue the acts of assembly therein mentioned.
    No. 88.  An ACT to empower the judges of the court of appeals to reinstate the cause of Job Garretson against Richard
Cole.
    No. 89.  An ACT for the payment of the journal of accounts.

    The president of the senate being absent, the senators present request of Charles Carroll, of Carrollton,
Esquire, to take the chair, when the following resolution was proposed, read the first and second time, and
unanimously assented to.

By the SENATE, December 19, 1800.
    RESOLVED, unanimously, That the thanks of the senate be given to the honourable John Thomas, Esquire,
president of this body, for the attention, impartiality and judgment, with which he has discharged the duties of 
his station.

The senate adjourns until the first Monday in September next.

    So ends the fifth session of the fifth senate, this nineteenth day of December, in the year of our Lord
One thousand eight hundred.
