" By order,
W. S. GREEN, clk.
Mr. McPherson, from the committee, delivers to the

A representation from the printer of the state,

for printing that work, was preferred, read, and referred to Mr. Chapman,
Mr. Lowes, Mr. S. Frazier,
Mr. Geoghegan and Mr. Nelson, to consider and report thereon.
Mr. Lowes, from the committee, delivers to the speaker
the following report:
THE committee to whom was referred the memorial
of Frederick Green report, that they have considered
the same, and are of opinion that the memorialist neglecting to come
forward in the early part of the session with
his accounts properly stated, on which the house might have acted themselves,
and your committee having no
vouchers before them on which they could act, think it most adviseable
to refer the same to the next session of
assembly.
By order,
R. K. WATTTS, clk.
