the said Milman appeares & ownes his fact and puts himselfe to the Mercy of this Court
whereupon it is this day to witt the Xiiith: day of November as aforesaid Ordered by this -
Court that the Sheriff of this County take the aforesaid Milman into his Custody and on his bare
back well laid on he give him Twenty Lashes but as alsoe find in one hundred pounds of Tobo
and that he give Security for his good behavior: but afterwards haveing Creyed peccant & ownes
In Open Court three times his Tounge to be a Leyard his punishmente was remitted
