John Colehoune & Joseph Eames deft: Come & defends the force & injury when &c And saith they are nowaies
guilty of the Trespas as the Said Richard in his declaracon above hath
Complained upon them for the plaintiff hath no right nor Title to any
house in Morumsco as he against them hath declared the defts praye that
the plaintife may prove his Title to any Such house / Taylor & Eames
