Order that the aforesaid Wm: ONorton imediatly deliver unto the aforesaid Thomas Moris
the Child of the said John Murphey deced as alsoe the boy belonging to the estate of the said
Deced called James Drake with what goods the said ONorton had with the Child of the sd:deced
delivered him by mr: James Round the particullars being as followeth vizt:
1 Small painted petticoate 1 blew frock 1 coate 1 hood 3 Caps 3 neck Cloaths 2 shifts 1 laced Cap
1 bib 1 pre of cuffs 2 white Aprons 1 pre small olde gloves 1 La: girdle Ribben 3 ear knotts 17=
Roes of pinns 1 pre of stockins 1 pc of Linin of an Apron 2 old blancoates besides what was on
the said Child when taken Thomas Murphey had at the said time 1 shirt 2 neck Cloathes
1 hatt Jno: Murphey ditto 2 Shirtes 1 pre: of drawers besides what they had on their backs

The peticon of Peter Adams to the Court That yor: peticoner Shewing (how that he is)
otherwise how that Samuell haydon detaines from him a Cow with her increase which to him
belongeth & unjustly kept from him Upon which it was Ordered that the said Samuell -
hayden appeare next Court to Show Cause (if any he have) why the said Peter Adams Should
not have the said Cow which to him of right belongeth as alsoe her increase &a:=

the Chilldren of Jno: Murphey & Bridgett his wife deced untill he came of age wch: wd: not be granted

of her late ffather Wm: ffurnis deced paid him To which request there was no answer made &a:

=ing John Bright Orphant Since he was Two or three yeares of Age for which he desires a ~
Reasonable Satisfaction may be allowed him for the same or else To have the boy bound over
to him who will bring him up to a Trade Whereupon it was the same day that is to say the 13th:
day of June aforesd: Ordered that the said ffrancis Allexander have the said boy called John
Bright as aforesaid untill he comes of Age he being Now six yeares of Age from the date
hereof as also that the said ffrancis Allexander teach the said John Bright a Trade & that
he give him a Cow Calfe; This being by the consent of Anne Bright Sister to the said Jno:

The peticon of Jno: Baramore Shewing how that being Sumoned to attend as a Jury Man
but haveing some other bisness which hindred his coming desires his fine may be remitted
which was accordingly granted the same Day

The peticon of Edward Gould Shewing how that he haveing the youngest child of Jenckin
Morris late of this County deced in his custody & whereas there being a plantacon left by the
deced ffather for the use of his chilldrin yor: peticoner craves an order that he may have the
Priviledge of the said plantacon untill the Eldest Son comes of Age & upon that Accot: will
keepe the said youngest Child that now is in his Custody from any Charges that may Accrue to
the County Whereupon it was ordered that he keepe y sd: Child in his Custody till next
Court & then that he & the Eldest Son of the said deced appeare.
