Whereas A Certaine plainte Lately depending between John Hilliard plte & George Johnson def^t
in a plea of Trespas upon the Case in this Co^rt in w^ch verditt past for y^e def^t & there upon the
plte appealed to the hon^r:ble the Justices of the provinciall Co^rt & Accordingly was return^d
but John Hilliard not appearing there to make good his appeale The Said plaint was
remitted back to this Co^rt And George Johnson this day to witt y^e 10^th day of november
A^oD^o 1675 desires execucion might be issued forth for his expences & Charges he hath bin
at by the Said plaint in the Provinciall Co^rt w^ch he made appear to be eight hundred
Twenty Two Pounds of Tobacco as alsoe for his expences & Charges here ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
This Co^rt orders that execucon issue forth ag^st John Hilliard for eight hundred twenty
Two pounds of Tobacco expended in y Provinciall Co^rt as alsoe Cost & Charges expended here
in this County Co^rt in & upon the Said plaint To be paid unto George Johnson &c ~ ~ ~
