Whereas A Certaine plainte Lately depending between John Hilliard plte & George Johnson deft
in a plea of Trespas upon the Case in this Cort in wch verditt past for ye deft & there upon the
plte appealed to the honr:ble the Justices of the provinciall Cort & Accordingly was returnd
but John Hilliard not appearing there to make good his appeale The Said plaint was
remitted back to this Cort And George Johnson this day to witt ye 10th day of november
Ao Do 1675 desires execucion might be issued forth for his expences & Charges he hath bin
at by the Said plaint in the Provinciall Cort wch he made appear to be eight hundred
Twenty Two Pounds of Tobacco as alsoe for his expences & Charges here ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
This Cort orders that execucon issue forth agst John Hilliard for eight hundred twenty
Two pounds of Tobacco expended in y Provinciall Cort as alsoe Cost & Charges expended here
in this County Cort in & upon the Said plaint To be paid unto George Johnson &c ~ ~ ~
