Sommersett Ss William Potter was Summoned To answer unto Edm: Beauchamp
in an accon of the Case &c
And Whereupon the Said Edm: Beauchamp for himselfe Saith that he the Said William became
indebted unto the Said Edmund y Summe of Seaventy five pounds of Tobacco as pr accot
hereunto annexed more plannely will appeare but he the Said William fraudulently in =
tending to deceive him the Said Edmund of the aforesaid Tobacco hath absented himselfe as will
be made appear in Cort: The planitiffe therefore humbly Craves order for his Said Tobacco
to be delivered by Two of the neighbours out of y Said Williams Tobacco now hanging in a house
upon the plaintiffes Plantacon and the plte will put y deft: to no further Charges . ~ ~ ~
