Houstons & John Williams which were attached in y hands of y said Williams & Houston and
saith that y Said Tobacco attached was made over to him y said William Greene & Craves order for y Same
Knowe all men by these presents y^t I John Williams Doe Confess my Selfe to owe & stand indebted unto Tho:
Hemming his heirs or assignes in y just quantity of five hundred & fifty pounds of Sound merchantable
Tobacco & Casqe Cleare of ground leaves Seconds & trash to bee paid att or upon y tenth Day of Octob^r
next ensueing upon my now Dwelling plantacon I haveing received a valuable Consideracon for y
same In Confirmacon & for y true performance of y same I binde my Selfe my heirs executo^rs and
